  • We only use what you send us to answer you.

What information we handle and why

  • WhatsApp messages. The WhatsApp buttons and the form open a conversation with a ready-made message. What you send reaches the team on WhatsApp and is also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta's) terms. We use your number and message only to reply.
  • Contact form. Sending it opens WhatsApp with your message ready. For now the site does not store what you type in the form separately.
  • Mara assistant. What you type in the chat is sent to our server and to an artificial intelligence provider that writes the reply. We do not store conversations in a database: the history lives only in your browser during the session. Do not share passport numbers, bank accounts or income. The provider may keep data temporarily under its own policies.
  • Usage statistics. We use Google Analytics 4 to know which pages are visited and which buttons are used (for example WhatsApp clicks or opening the assistant). We do not send your name or phone to Google Analytics, and we anonymize the IP address. If your browser has "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" turned on, we do not load Google Analytics.
  • Fonts. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when you request them.
  • Infrastructure. The site is hosted and protected by Cloudflare, which processes technical traffic (IP address, browser) to deliver pages and stop abuse.

What we keep in your browser

We store your preferred language, the chat history during your session and a flag that you already saw the welcome animation. Google Analytics may use its own cookies. You can delete them from your browser settings.

Who we share information with

We do not sell or rent your data. It is only processed by the technical providers listed above (WhatsApp/Meta, Google, Cloudflare and the assistant's AI provider) and, when you ask for it, by the partner lawyers and specialists the team coordinates your case with.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, cancellation or objection to the processing of your personal data, and its portability, under Panama's Law 81 of 2019 on Personal Data Protection. Write to [email protected] saying what you request.
