My Panama Brokers is a boutique real estate and relocation firm based in Panama City (Avenida Balboa, #163). It supports buyers, investors and people moving to Panama: property search and purchase, rentals and sales, and the residency process, together with a network of lawyers, banks and specialists. The public team includes four advisors: Clotilde Tapia, Michelle Slough, Maurys Figuera and Claudia Coquel.
What services do you offer?
Three lines of service. (1) Investment and purchase: personalized advice, market analysis by area and property type, access to projects and pre-sales, virtual tours and accompanied visits, and coordination with inspectors and the appraisal company. (2) Relocation and residency: investor and residency plan, partner lawyers for immigration procedures, guidance on tax incentives for foreigners, and banking and arrival guidance. (3) Selling and renting out: listing and promotion, market valuation and pricing strategy, a network of buyer agents and developers, and support through negotiation and closing.
How does residency by investment work?
According to the figures published on this site, the program starts from an investment of US$200,000 (US$300,000 depending on the program and the case), with a route to a Panamanian cédula in two years and less than five years of stay to consolidate your status. Requirements and amounts depend on current regulations and a legal assessment: whether your case fits is confirmed by the partner lawyers through the team. Which areas do you cover?
Panama City, Costa del Este, Santa María, West Panama (Panamá Oeste), the Pacific beaches (Coronado, San Carlos, Punta Barco, Gorgona, Playa Blanca, Farallón), Colón, Bocas del Toro and Boquete. The team follows West Panama, Costa del Este and Santa María daily.
Are the prices and properties on the site current?
The 20 listings are a record of ads published by the company, checked on September 18, 2026. A published price does not confirm that the property is still available or that the price is current today: the assigned agent confirms that over WhatsApp. If a field does not appear in a listing, it is because it was not published.
How do I ask for information or arrange a visit?

Visits and calls are scheduled by the human team; virtual tours and accompanied visits are available.
Who is Mara?
Mara is the site's virtual assistant (an automated assistant, not a person). She asks about what you are looking for and, when it makes sense, hands you over on WhatsApp to the brokers, who are real people. Mara does not schedule visits, quote prices or give legal, tax or financial advice.
Do you work in Spanish and English?
Yes. The site is available in Spanish and English, and the team assists in both languages. The original description of each property is published in Spanish.
What is the process?
Five steps: 1) Tell us what you are looking for: goal, budget and timeline. 2) Curation and analysis: real options with the numbers for each. 3) Virtual tours and visits, from wherever you are. 4) Closing with the partner network: lawyer, bank, inspection and appraisal coordinated by the team. 5) Arrival and residency: if you relocate, the team stays with you until you have your cédula.
I own a property. Can you help me sell or rent it?
Yes. The owner service includes listing and promotion, market valuation and pricing strategy, a network of buyer agents and developers, screening of qualified buyers and tenants, and support through negotiation and closing. Message us on WhatsApp and an agent will contact you.
